Terms of service

1. Orders

Once an order is placed by the Customer and accepted by the Company, if the Customer wishes to cancel or vary the order, the Customer shall be liable for any costs of manufacture incurred by the Company up to that point in time.

2. Terms of Payment

Payment terms are as indicated on the quoted price. The Company reserves the right to adjust the Price in the event of a variation to the original quotation.

3. Warehouse Sale & Non-Refundable Items

Items marked as "Warehouse Sale" are final sale and non-refundable.
These items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.
Some warehouse sale items may show signs of damage or soiling but remain fully functional.
We recommend reviewing your order carefully before completing your purchase.

4. Promotions & Discounts

Discounted prices are rounded to a whole number, which may result in a slightly higher or lower discount than advertised. The final purchase price will reflect these rounded values.

5. Delivery & Risk

Delivery of goods shall be subject to availability and without any liability for delays.
Once delivered to the Customer’s premises/site, all risk in the goods passes to the Customer.
Full refunds will be available only in the case of major faults or defects.

6. Claims

All claims for damage and/or defects must be made in writing within 3 days of delivery. If no claim is made within this period, goods are deemed to be received in good order and condition.

7. Retention of Title

Possession of goods passes on delivery, but ownership remains with [Your Store Name] until full payment is received.
Until payment is completed, the Customer must:
– Keep the goods insured against loss/damage/destruction.
– Keep the goods clearly identifiable.
– Not encumber or charge the goods.
If payment is not made, "My Home Makers" reserves the right to repossess goods without liability for trespass.
If the Customer sells unpaid goods, they do so as an agent of [Your Store Name], and sale proceeds are held in trust.

8. Price

The Customer may not make deductions, set-offs, or counterclaims against agreed prices.

9. Recovery of Costs

If legal action is required to recover payments, the Customer shall be liable for all legal costs incurred by My Home Makers.

10. General Conditions

These Terms cannot be altered without written consent from [Your Store Name].
Non-adherence to these Terms does not waive the Company’s rights.
Terms will be governed by the applicable laws of your jurisdiction.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining Terms remain valid.
Any additional terms added by the buyer (e.g., in Purchase Orders) are not agreed to and will not apply.
